Honeywell and many Chinese companies are making such devices. While they used to run Windows CE, most if not all of the devices made now run Android. Because they have physical keypads that make entering data easier, they technically can be used to play J2ME games. However, they're rugged, heavy and thick, so playing on them would not be a pleasant experience.
As far as I can tell, Honeywell doesn't offer a full list of such products. While the website does offer a listing, the website is separated by region, and each region's website only lists models that are officially released in that region. Because of this, obtaining information about all such products from Honeywell won't be easy. Considering that it's not really practical to play J2ME games on them, and that there are many other companies making such devices, making a complete list isn't worth the effort.
The Scanpal (EDA**K) series and CP** series from Honeywell are examples of such devices.
