AMD's Zen 5 laptop processors (except Fire Range) don't support Win10 (source). Fire Range (best: 9955HX3D), which is only used on gaming laptops, is an exception though. For non-gaming laptops, Zen 4 Hawk Point Refresh (best: Ryzen 9 270) is the last generation to support Win10.

Adrenalin 25.10.2 (release notes, download) is the last version to contain "win10" in its file name. However, even with 26.2.2, the currently latest version, most inf files inside still have a TargetOSVersion decoration of NTamd64.10.0...16299 or NTamd64.10.0.1..16299, which means 1709 or later. The release notes also still claims compatibility with Windows 10. So maybe at least some drivers would still work?
